These providers process personal data (e.g., open rates, clicks, IP address, time zone) to enable sending and analysis.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link or by sending me a message.

d) Booking & Payment

When you book or pay for coaching sessions online, I collect the data necessary for processing (name, email address, postal address, payment information).

Depending on the payment method, processing is handled by:

PayPal Holdings Inc.

Credit card providers (via Wix Payments)

Invoice or cash payment (direct communication)

These providers process data independently in accordance with their privacy policies. I only receive the information necessary for processing from them (e.g., payment confirmation).

4. Cookies and similar technologies

My website uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g., pixels, local storage) to:

ensure functionality,

generate usage statistics,

optimize marketing efforts.

I use Substack Inc. (USA) for my newsletter and blog.

Substack stores personal data (e.g., email address, IP address, interaction data) on servers in the USA.

Data processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).

My website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. Wix stores data in Israel, the USA, and the EU.

According to the EU Commission, Israel is considered a country with an adequate level of data protection.
